焦炉加热串级调控中蓄顶温度与火道温度的研究应用
Research and application of regenerator-top temperature and fire tunnel temperature in coke oven heating cascade control
【摘要】 针对天宏焦化焦炉加热结焦时间内炉温的变化规律,换向过程蓄顶温度变化规律观测研究,根据目标火道温度的模型和火道温度的检测情况,得出拟合火道温度与实测蓄顶温度的相关模型,实现了焦炉加热优化串级控制系统火道温度的实时监控。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the temperature changing law of coke oven in the coke heating time and the observational research on the regenerator-top temperature changing law in the process of change-over process,according to the temperature between target fire tunnel model and the practical fire tunnel,the interrelated model between fitting fire tunnel temperature and regenerator-top temperature is obtained,which is realized the fire tunnel temperature real-time monitoring in optimized and cascade system in coke oven.
