【摘要】 从采自贵州、陕西、四川和云南的天麻组织中共分离获得62株内生真菌。经形态学与分子生物学相结合鉴定,62株内生真菌分属于3个亚门、5纲、7目、9科、13属。研究结果还表明采自不同地点的天麻以及天麻不同部位的内生真菌的类群与分布存在明显差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to know the resources of endophytic fungi and find their biological activity,sixty-two strains of endophytic fungi were isolated from the Gastrodia elata Blume in different regions of Guizhou,Shanxi,Sichuan and Yunnan.These strains were morphologically and molecularly identified as belong to 13 genera,9 families,7 orders,5 classes and 3 phyla.It was shown that the species and distribution of the endophytic fungi varied distinctly not only in different regions but also in different parts of the host plant Gastrodia elata Blume.更多还原
