油基钻井液用CET乳化剂的研制

【摘要】 利用引进的俄罗斯专利技术,使用国内油脂加工废料与有机碱为原料,合成了油基钻井液用可降解乳化剂CET;制备了CET油基钻井液(CET体系),与大庆现用油基钻井液(大庆体系)进行了组成、基本性能对比。CET体系不含润湿剂,组分数较少(因而生产成本较低),滤失量较低,破乳电压较高(即乳化稳定性较好)。油水比7:3的CET体系和加入2%有机胺稳定剂的油水比6:4的CET体系,破乳电压均在300 V以上;有机土加量增大使破乳电压、视黏度有一定幅度增加,磺化沥青加量增加的影响较小;油水比8:2的CET体系抗黏土(1%~4%)、地层水(1%~4%)污染的能力与大庆体系相当。图1表5参1。

【Abstract】 A biodegradable emulsifier,CET,is synthesized and commercially prepared from waste materials of domestic oils/fats processing plants and organic alkaline by using a Russian patented technology.With this emulsifier an oil based drilling fluid,CET fluid shortly,is prepared and appraised in compoosition and performance properties in comparison with a Daqing standard oil based drilling fluid,Daqing fluid.The CET fluid contain no wetting agent,is composed of much less ingredients and is less cost;its filtrate loss is lower and its emulsion breaking voltage(EBV),expressing emulsion stability,is higher.An EBV value of higher than 300 V is observed both for CET fluid with oil to water ratio(OWR) =7∶3 and for CET fluid with OWR=6∶4 and an organic amine stabilizer added.With increasing use level of organic clay in CET fluid,it’s EBV and app viscosity increase to some extent and increasing use level of sulfonated asphalt exerts less influence on its performance properties.The resistance of CET fluid with OWR=8∶2 to contamination by clay(1—4%) and formation water(1—4%) is similar to that of Daqing fluid.
