亚硝基R盐分光光度法测定镁合金中铜和铁
Spectrophotometric determination of copper and iron in magnesium alloy with nitroso-R-salt
【摘要】 建立镁合金中杂质铜、铁元素含量的分光光度测定方法。在酸性体系中,铜和铁与亚硝基R盐分别形成黄绿色络合物,其中λmax(Cu)=450 nm,λmax(Fe)=720 nm,铜、铁络合物的表观摩尔吸光系数分别为1.1×104L.mol-1.cm-1,0.7×104L.mol-1.cm-1。铜、铁的质量浓度分别在0.2~12μg/mL和0.1~16μg/mL时工作曲线呈线性。方法用于镁合金中铜和铁的测定,相对标准偏差为2.06%~3.25%,结果同原子吸收光谱法的测定结果吻合。
【Abstract】 A spectrophotometric method for the determination of copper and iron in magnesium alloy was established in this study.In acid system,copper and iron could react with nitroso-R-salt to form a yellow green complex with λmax(Cu)=450 nm and λmax(Fe)=720 nm.The apparent molar absorptivity of copper and iron complexes were 1.1×104 L·mol-1·cm-1 and 0.7×104 L·mol-1·cm-1,respectively.The calibration curve was linear over the range of 0.2-12 μg/mL and 0.1-16 μg/mL for copper and iron respectively.The method has been applied to the determination of copper and iron in magnesium alloy with the relative standard deviation of 2.06%-3.25%.The results are accordant with those obtained by AAS.
