【Abstract】 Selenium is a essential trace element for life.Many disease are related with the lack and poisoning of selenium.This paper reviewed the progress on the research and development of determination methods for trace selenium.Meanwhile,the pretreatment methods of sample were introduced.The research and application of fluorescence methods,polarography,stripping voltammetry,gas chromatography,liquid chromatography,capillary electrophoresis,atomic spectrum and some spectrum combined techniques were also introduced.更多还原
