涂层中丙烯酸酯类残留单体的测定
Determination of residual acrylate monomers in the coatings
【摘要】 建立了涂层中丙烯酸甲酯和丙烯酸乙酯残留单体的测定方法:即将样品配成一定浓度的乙醇溶液,借助顶空固相微萃取和色质联用技术,采用选择离子模式进行定量检测。丙烯酸甲酯的回归方程为y=194.56x+359.9,相关系数为0.999 3,平均回收率为98.20%~101.99%,相对标准偏差为0.86%~3.69%;丙烯酸乙酯的回归方程为y=141.09x+76.732,相关系数为0.999 6,平均回收率为99.02%~103.35%,相对标准偏差为0.71%~5.59%。该方法灵敏度和精密度高,可以推广应用于其它乳液中丙烯酸酯类残留的测定。
【Abstract】 A method for the determination of residual methyl acrylate and ethyl acrylate in the coatings is established.Sample is first dissolved in an alcohol solution,then quantitatively determined by head space solid-phase micro-extraction(HS-SPME) coupled to capillary gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)in ionic mode.The regression equation for methyl acrylate is: y=194.56x+359.9,correlation coefficient 0.999 3,average recovery rate 98.20%~101.99%,and relative standard deviation 0.86%~3.69%.The regression equation for ethyl acrylate is: y=141.09x+76.732,correlation coefficient 0.999 6,average recovery rate 99.02%~103.35%,and relative standard deviation 0.71%~5.59%.This method features high sensitivity and good precision,it can be used to determine other acrylates in emulsions.
