巨噬细胞移动抑制因子在围植入期小鼠子宫内膜中的表达

【摘要】 目的探讨巨噬细胞移动抑制因子(MIF)在围植入期小鼠子宫内膜中的表达分布状况及其意义。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测妊娠1~8d小鼠子宫内膜MIF的表达情况,并以动情期非妊娠小鼠子宫做对照。结果在小鼠子宫内膜的所有组织均可检测到MIF的表达,主要表达于腺上皮、腔上皮及基质中的细胞团。MIF在妊娠1~3d表达较强,妊娠4~5d表达较弱,主要表达于子宫内膜的腔上皮和腺上皮;妊娠6~8d,MIF表达再次增强,但主要表达于基蜕膜和次级蜕膜区。结论妊娠1~8d小鼠子宫持续表达MIF,提示MIF可能参与小鼠胚泡植入及胚泡植入后的发育过程。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the expression and distribution of macrophage migration inhibitory factor (MIF) and its significance in the peri-implantation mouse endometrium. Methods Immunohistochemical SP staining method was used to determine the expression of MIF in mouse endometrium on day 1~8 of pregnancy and the unpregnant mouse endometrium(estrous stage)were selected as controls. Results Immunoreactive MIF was detectable throughout mouse endometrial tissue,but was more marked in the glands,surface epithelium and cell aggregates scattered throughout the stroma. During the pregnancy of day 1~3,the expression of MIF was strong and then decreased obviously on day 4~5 in luminal epithelium and glandular epithelium of uterus. On day 6~8 MIF expression increased again,but MIF was mostly present in decidua basalis and secondary decidual zone(SDZ). Conclusion MIF is expressed continuously in mouse endometrium on day 1~8 of pregnancy. It suggests that MIF may take part in the process of implantation and embryo development after implantation in mouse.
