【摘要】 目的了解早产低出生体重儿童学龄前体格发育状况,并探讨早产和低出生体重对其生长发育和营养状况的影响。方法选取某医院1999年6月~2005年6月出生的106例早产且出生体重<2000g儿童作为早产组,同时按照1∶1匹配选择对照,合计男72对、女34对。于2005年10~12月调查时儿童为0~6岁。采用问卷调查收集研究对象及其家庭当前的人口统计学特征及环境状况,测量身高、体重、头围和胸围评价其生长发育,通过身高别体重的中位数百分比法评定其营养状况。结果早产组儿童的身高、体重、头围和胸围发育均落后于对照组;其营养不良发生率也较对照组高。结论0~6岁早产低出生体重儿童体格发育与同龄足月正常出生体重儿童相比仍存在一定差距,营养不良的发生率也较高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To assess the growth and nutritional status from children aged 0~6 with preterm and low birth weight. Methods In preliminary studies, we established a live birth cohort in a hospital in Hefei from June 1999 to June 2005 and chose 106 children whose birth weight <2 000 g and gestational age <37 weeks from the cohort as preterm group in 2005. Meanwhile, normal birth weight and term children were matched 1:1 with same sex preterm children, with an age gap less than 1 month and living in the same administrative district as the cohort, to serve as the control group. A total of 72 pairs of boys and 34 pairs of girls were chosen. We collected children′s demographic characteristics and family background by questionnaires and measured height, weight, chest and head circumference to evaluate their growth and nutritional status. Results Growth indicators of height, weight, chest circumference and head circumference among 0~6 years old children in the preterm group were significantly lower than those of the control group. And prevalence of malnutrition was also higher than that of the control group. Conclusions There is a certain gap of nutritional status and physical development in 0~6 year old children between preterm children with low birth weight and term children with normal birth weight.更多还原
