空间站温湿度控制子系统的动态分析

【摘要】 为了某空间站温湿度控制子系统的设计和运行操作,分析了该子系统的动态性能。分析了空间站上空气的热湿源,安排了不同乘员的活动程序;根据密封舱内空气热量和质量平衡原理导出了温湿度控制子系统的动态分析方法;最后给出了六种情况下的动态分析结果。分析结果表明:1)该分析方法可以较为准确的反映温湿度控制系统的动态性能,如果载荷(特别是湿载荷)能用连续函数的形式来表示可以使分析结果更好;2)在该空间站的温湿度控制中宜采用主动温度控制策略而不是主动湿度控制;3)密封舱内保持相对较高的空气温度有利于保持较低的相对湿度;4)当空间站向对接飞船供应热空气时,可能会使空气温度低于露点温度而导致舱内的水蒸汽发生凝结。

【Abstract】 To design and operate the temperature and humidity control subsystem of a space station,this paper analyzes the dynamic performance of this subsystem.The activity timelines of the different crew were proposed after the heat and humidity sources of the air were analyzed.The dynamic analysis method of the temperature and humidity subsystem was achieved according to the heat and the mass balance principles of the air in the interior of the pressurized cabin.Finally,the results of the dynamic analysis in six cases were provided.The analysis results indicate: 1) The analysis method proposed here can truly represent the dynamic performance of the temperature and humidity subsystem,if the load,especially the humidity load,can be expressed as the form of continuous function,the better results will be achieved;2) The method of the active temperature control,but not the active humidity control,is appropriate for the temperature and humidity control subsystem of this space station;3) The relative high air temperature can help to maintain the relative low humidity of the air in the pressurized cabin;4) When the space station provides the hot air to the docking spaceship,the air temperature will possibly fall below the dew temperature and the water vapor in the pressurization cabin will possibly condense.
