铍的激光深熔焊工艺及显微组织

【摘要】 为了提高铍激光焊接的熔深,对其焊接工艺进行了探索。以Nd∶YAG激光作为热源,用AlSi12为钎料。采用SEM、EDS分析等手段研究了接头的显微组织、成分分布,分析了铍激光深熔焊的裂纹产生机理。研究表明:通过优化焊接工艺参数,实现铍的激光深熔焊可能性较大。

【Abstract】 In order to improve weld penetration of beryllium seam,welding procure of beryllium keyhole welding by laser beam was explored.Nd∶YAG laser was used as welding heat source.AlSi12was used as brazing filler metal in the process of welding.Microstructure and component distributing of welded joint were researched by SEM and EDS.Mechanism of weld crack were analyzed in the process of beryllium keyhole welding by laser beam.It is very possible to realize laser keyhole welding of beryllium by further optimizing welding parameter.
