离子注入对高温合金蠕变/疲劳性能的影响

【摘要】 对GH4169合金及Ti+C离子注入合金的试样在650℃的低周疲劳和蠕变/疲劳进行了试验研究。利用X射线衍射仪、透射电镜和扫描电镜技术分析了蠕变/疲劳损伤机制及合金强化的原因。结果表明:GH4169合金注入足够量的Ti+C离子会增强位错的应力场,引起表层硬化,阻止位错运动,在表层形成TiC相微观弥散结构,提高了蠕变/疲劳性能。

【Abstract】 The behaviors of LCF and creep/fatigue of GH4169 superalloy at 650℃ were investigated.Ti and C were added to the superalloy by ion implantation method and the effects of Ti and C on performance of the superalloy were studied.The mechanism of creep/fatigue damage and strengthening were analyzed with X-ray,TEM and SEM.As results,the addition of Ti and C can increase the stress field of dislocation and make the dislocations move difficultly,and TiC phase forms at surface of the superalloy at the same time.All these make the creep/fatigue performance of the superalloys improved.
