烧结过程中脱除SO2和NOx的试验研究
Experimental study of SO2 and NOx removal during sintering process
【摘要】 通过向烧结混合料中加入添加剂,有效地抑制了SO2和NOx气体的产生,探讨了添加剂作用下SO2和NOx的脱除机理。结果表明,低温有利于脱硫反应进行,根据反应产物提出了脱硫化学反应式;烧结常用的几类铁矿石对NO还原反应都有很好的催化作用,催化能力的强弱与矿石中TiO2和V2O5含量密切相关。
【Abstract】 By introducing additives into sinter mix,the generation of SO2 and NOx can be effectively controlled.A series of laboratory tests were conducted to investigate the mechanism of SO2 and NOx removal at the presence of additives.It is shown that lower temperatures are favorable to the desuphurization reaction and the reaction equation is confirmed by the examination of reaction products.Several commonly used iron ores have good catalytic effects for the NO reduction reaction and the magnitude of catalytic effects is closely related to TiO2 and V2O5 contents in ores.
