高强冷轧铌钢的再结晶退火与性能模型
Model of recrystallization annealing and properties of niobium microalloyed high strength steel sheet after cold rolling
【摘要】 冷轧汽车钢板需要进行退火处理,以消除加工硬化,改善力学和加工性能。通过研究冷轧高强度含铌汽车钢板再结晶退火过程中的组织、结构与力学性能变化规律,建立再结晶退火工艺与钢板力学性能间的数学模型。该模型高度显著,可用于指导生产。
【Abstract】 The mechanical properties of Nb-microalloyed high strength steel after cold rolling can be improved by recrystallization annealing.The annealing experiments were carried out under different heat treatment parameters,and then the annealed structure was measured to figure out recrystylization.Based on the measured properties data of the samples,the mathematical models were set up between annealing parameters and properties,which can be used to predict the properties of the annealed steel and control the annealing procedure in the production.
