掺Fe3+的TiO2光催化膜制备及降解偶氮染料废水的试验研究
Preparation of Fe3+/TiO2 photocatalyst film and degradation of azo dye wastewater
【摘要】 采用溶胶-凝胶法制备掺Fe3+的TiO2-玻璃镀膜,TiO2前驱体凝胶的配比为nTi(OC4H9)4∶nC2H5OH∶nHNO3∶nH2O=0.05∶15∶0.35∶2。利用XRD,UV-Vis和HRTEM表征该膜,进而分析了Fe-TiO2与TiO2的晶相组成与煅烧温度和掺铁量之间的关系,同时对不同样品降解偶氮染料废水的效率进行对比分析。结果表明,掺Fe3+可以提高TiO2-玻璃镀膜光催化氧化活性,并且有利于TiO2形成锐钛矿型与金红石型的混晶,使TiO2膜的光谱吸收带边发生红移,从纯TiO2的380 nm拓展到450 nm。经4 h紫外光照射,掺Fe3+(摩尔分数为2.5%)的TiO2膜处理偶氮染料废水的COD降解率达66.4%。
【Abstract】 TiO2 thin film doped with Fe3+ was coated on glass by sol-gel method.The contents of the composite in TiO2 precursors solution were Ti(OC4H9)4∶C2H5OH∶HNO3∶H2O=0.05∶15∶0.35∶2.The influence of the content of Fe3+ doped and calcination temperature on the component phases was studied and the film was characterized by XRD,UV-Vis,and HRTEM.The results show that the doping of Fe3+ is favorable both for improving the photocatalytic activity of the film and for the formation of mixed crystalline phases of anatase and rutile,leading to the red shift in the absorption of light by Fe3+/TiO2 from 380 nm to 450 nm.When the content of Fe ions in TiO2 thin films is 2.5 %,the COD degradation rate of azo dye wastewater will be 66.4 % after 4 h UV irradiation.
