【摘要】 根据测量的需要,该文将聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)压电薄膜应用于足底压力测量。以16点PVDF压电薄膜传感器阵列为例,详细介绍了PVDF压电薄膜的工作原理及其传感器阵列的制作过程,并设计出相应的信号调理电路,给出了实验测试结果。实验表明,PVDF压电薄膜具有较好的灵敏度、稳定性及重复性,能可靠采集到足底压力信号,适合于足底压力测量。

【Abstract】 Based on the requirement of measurement,PVDF piezoelectric-film was applied to foot-pressure measurement.Taking the 16-point PVDF piezoelectric-film sensor array as example,the working principle of the PVDF piezoelectric-film and the producing process of its sensor array were introduced in detail,and the design of its signal processing circuit was also discussed,and the result of experiment was presented.The experiment indicated that the PVDF piezoelectric-film had better sensitivity,stablization and repeatability,and it could obtain reliable foot-pressure signal.It confirmed that the PVDF piezoelectric-film was suitable to foot-pressure measurement.
