一种基于压电陶瓷的新型灵巧液压泵
A Novel Smart Hydraulic Pump Based on PZT Driver
【摘要】 提出了一种基于压电陶瓷的高频惯性单向阀液压泵。该泵利用压电陶瓷堆在推动活塞隔膜压缩油腔时控制活塞的位置、速度和加速度,利用惯性力帮助非惯性系下的特殊单向阀开合,突破了普通单向阀频率响应低的瓶颈。对高频惯性单向阀液压泵进行建模仿真,结果表明这种液压泵在原理上是可实现的。
【Abstract】 A novel high frequency inertia check valve hydraulic pump based on piezoelectric was described.PZT Driver control the position,velocity and acceleration of the piston,while driving the piston with membrane.The inertia force helps to open and close the special check valve setting in non-inertia system,which advanced the frequency of check valve.Simulation has been done to indicate that the hydraulic pump is realizable.Many conclusions were received to direct the following researches.
