负载刚度对压电元件输出特性影响的研究
Research on the Influence of Stiffness on Piezoelectric Actuator
【摘要】 压电元件在驱动微操作系统时,其输出位移要小于空载状态下的输出位移,针对众多引起压电元件输出位移减小的原因,重点分析了压电陶瓷输出位移与负载刚度之间的关系,并进行了压电陶瓷驱动弹性负载的实验。实验结果表明,压电元件的输出位移随着负载刚度的增加而减少。此结果为设计微操作系统时选用压电元件提供了理论依据。
【Abstract】 When piezoelectric element drives a micro-manipulate system,the output displacement is often less than that in free status.In view of the reasons that decreased the piezoelectric element displacement, the relationship between piezoelectric displacement and the system stiffness was especially analyzed.And a experiment was carried out to test the relationship.The experiment results showed that piezoelectric element displacement decreased when stiffness increased,which provided theoretical support in selecting piezoele ctric element.
