TDZ处理对苹果梨坐果率和果实生长发育的影响

【摘要】 苹果梨盛花前后进行了不同浓度的TDZ处理,结果表明,TDZ显著提高苹果梨的花序坐果率;盛花期TDZ处理的苹果梨果实纵横径净增长量变化曲线样相发生了不同程度的改变;盛花期2.5 mg/LTDZ处理显著增加苹果梨的单果重,盛花期不同浓度TDZ处理均显著增加酸度,而对可溶性固形物含量和异形果率无显著影响.

【Abstract】 With different concentration of TDZ treatment before and after full blooming,the results showed that TDZ increased the Pingguoli fruit setting inflorescence significantly;TDZ treatment in full bloom stage of Pingguoli made a different change in Pingguoli fruit longitudinal diameter and landscape orientation diameter of the net increase quantity;with the 2.5 mg/L TDZ treatment in full bloom stage increase the Pingguoli fruit weight significantly,and different TDZ concentrations treatment in full bloom stage could increase the acid significantly but the soluble solids content and abnormity fruit was no significant impact.
