黑熊胆囊脱垂、息肉增生的临床观察
Clinic observation of gall bladder takes off to hang and polyp increase to living of The Black Bear
【摘要】 针对胆囊脱垂、粘膜外翻、息肉增生等症状,手术时做圆形切口,切断与腹壁层的联系,分离重叠的浆膜层,按常规缝合胆囊口,施行整复及关腹,手术57例,均获治愈.
【Abstract】 In view of gall bladder takes off to hang,the mucosa turns over outside and the polyp increase to living of The Black Bear,surgical operation should adopt circular to slice,cut off with the contact of the stomach wall layer,separate layer after layer of the syrup film layer,sew up the gall bladder according to the normal regulations,practice whole reply and close stomach.Surgical operation 57 all gets to cure.
