【摘要】 目的探讨儿童肱骨髁上骨折的治疗方法。方法自2002年9月～2007年3月,笔者采用肘前外侧入路交叉克氏针固定治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折88例,随访3个月～5年(平均28.3月)。结果所有病例均达到解剖复位。优78例,良6例,可1例。优良率98.8%。结论肘前外侧切口入路,术野可见范围大,显露骨折断清楚,容易达到解剖复位,对正常组织损伤少,为早期功能锻炼提供可靠保障,减少了术后肘关节周围黏连及骨化性肌炎的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To investigate the methods of treatment of children humeral supracondylar fracture. [Methods] We have treated 88 child′s humeral supracondylar fracture by ventri-lateral approach of elbow and fixation of across Kirschner wire from Sep. 2002 to Mar. 2007. The range of follow-up period was from 3 months to 5 years, the average was 28.3 months. [Result] All cases got anatomical replacement. There were 78 excellent cases and 6 good cases and 1 fair case, the rate of excellent and good was 98.8%. [Conclusion] The ventri-lateral approach of elbow can add the range of opration area and get anatomical replacement easily. It can reduce the injury of normal tissues.
