【摘要】 目的探讨乳腺癌术后局部复发的原因。方法回顾性分析71例乳腺癌手术后复发病人的临床资料,对复发时间(因变量)和8个可能复发因素(自变量)进行逐步法多元线性回归。结果腋窝淋巴结转移状况、肿瘤大小、年龄、肿瘤细胞分化程度被选入方程,回归系数分别为:-13.98、-9.33、4.49、-11.27;标准回归系数为:-0.37、-0.31、0.18、-0.16.方程的F=189.18,P<0.05;决定系数R2=0.92,复相关系数R=0.96。结论腋窝淋巴结转移状况、肿瘤大小、年龄和细胞分化程度影响乳腺癌手术后复发时间。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the factors related to postoperative recurrence of breast cancer. Methods The clinic data of 71 cases with breast cancer postoperative local recurrence were analyzed retrospectively, multiple linear stepwise regression was performed between recurrence time(dependent variable)and 8 possible factors (independent variable) related to recurrence. Result The state of metastasis of axillary nodes、the size of tumor、age and the cell differentiation were entered equation. The regression coefficients were : -13.98、-9.33、4.49、-11.27;The standardized regression cofficients were: -0.37、-0.31、0.18、-0.16. F value of equation was 189.18, P<0.05;The determination coefficient was 0.92;The multiple correlation coefficient was 0.96.Conclosion The state of metastasis of axillary nodes、the size of tumor、age and the cell differentiation influence the postoperative recurrence time of breast cancer.更多还原
