【摘要】 目的:了解离退休干部生活、心理、健康等现状。方法:对187例离退休干部进行健康体检及生活质量问卷调查。结果:自评生活满意度分别为:23.7%良好,74.2%中等,2.1%差;96.7%离退休干部有中等以上的经济收入;91.6%离退休干部生活能自理;12.9%离退休干部对自己的身体健康不满意;100%有慢性疾病,影响其生活质量主要是慢性疾病,患3种以上慢性病者占76.8%;部分老人存在不同心理障碍;医疗保健满意度为63.8%。结论:各种慢性疾病是影响离退休生活质量的主要原因。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the quality of life and its influencing factors in retired cadres in Zhongshan city.Methods Investiga-tions were carried out among 187 retired cadres using questionnaire combined with physical examination.Results The life quality level of the retired cadres could be divided into good,medium,and bad,respectively occupied 23.7%,74.2%,2.1%;Of all retired cadres,91.6% could provide for themselves,96.7%with good economic condition,100%with chronic diseases,and those with more than three types of chronic diseases occupied 76.8%,only 22.7%of them were satisfied with their health condition,63.8%satisfied with medical healthcare condition;Conclusion Chronic diseases of all kinds are the main influencing factors to quality of life of retired cadres.更多还原
