【摘要】 目的观察中药热奄包治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法160例病人随机地分为治疗组90例,对照组70例,治疗前两组均作颈椎被动功能活动和主动的功能活动作为共同治疗因子的前提下,治疗组给予自制中药热奄包治疗,对照组给予TDP理疗仪治疗,观察治疗后主症的缓解程度、TCD及血液流变学改变。结果治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P"0.05),TCD及血液流变学指标改善亦优于对照组(P"0.05)。结论表明中药热奄包是治疗椎动脉型颈椎病有效的方法之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type (CSA) treated with herbal Reyanbao. Method The 160 cases of patients were divided into 2 groups randomly, treatment group (90) and control group (70) who were all treated with the same therapeutic factors - the passive and initiative activities of cervical vertebra prior treatment. The treatment group was interfered in with herbal Reyanbao and the control group was interfered in with TDP of physical therapy. The main signs, TCD and the blood rheology will be observed prior-treatment and post-treatment. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group is higher than the control group (P<0.05), and TCD and the blood rheology were ameliorated (P<0.05). Conclusion The herbal Reyanbao is one of the effective methods to the cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type.更多还原
