【摘要】 目的探讨利多卡因局麻出现的严重不良反应的防治。方法收集近3年来我科就诊出现的6例因利多卡因局麻引起的严重不良反应的临床表现和对急救处理进行分析。结果利多卡因局麻引起的严重不良反应有共同的临床症状和体征。结论对该药局麻引起的严重不良反应的防治必须引起足够重视。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the prevention and trectment of the severe adverse reaction due to lidocaine local anesthesia.Methods 6 cases of severe adverse reaction and clinical manifestation due to lidocaine local anesthesia in our department and their emergency treatment in recent three years were collected and analysed.Results There are some common clinical symptoms and signs of the severe adverse reaction due to lidocaine local anesthesia.Conclusion We should sufficiently pay attention to the prevention and treatment of the severe adverse reaction due to the local aneathesia with this medicine.更多还原
