工业颜色识别传感器的设计

【摘要】 介绍一种适用于工业在线检测的颜色识别传感器。其采用高亮度白光LED光源;并且单片机和数字电位计组成闭环回路,根据被测表面和环境条件,调整系统获得最佳放大增益;高速模数转换电路分别转换光强和三原色的每色信号为12位数字量,通过高解析度算法处理48位数字量。设计中考虑发光强度因素,有效消除了在线检测中振动引起的测量误差。连接计算机可扩展其功能,尤其调节颜色容差功能。该颜色识别传感器测量速度快,并具有良好的精度和稳定性。

【Abstract】 A color recognition sensor which suited on-line color detection was introduced.The color recognition sensor adopted white high light LED as the light source;SCM and digital potentiometer composed the closed loop circuit,which adjusted system to get the best amplifying gain according to the surface to be checked and ambient condition.High speed A/D converter changed light intensity and each tricolor to 12 bit digital signal separately,and then in terms of high analytic algorithms,the 48 bit digital quantities were processed.The effect of intensity was taken into consideration to eliminate the measurement error,which was produced by variation.With computer,the function of color sensor can be extended,especially tolerance adjustment function.The color recognition sensor has high measuring speed,and good accuracy and stability
