基于ATmega128微控制器的智能在线硅酸根分析仪

【摘要】 采用化学吸光法检测原理,依据物质对光的选择吸收性质,通过化学反应使被检样水生成与硅酸根含量成比例的吸光物质,然后利用光电传感器将光源吸收前后强度差转换成电信号,经过A/D转换后,进入单片机读取并进行数据处理,实现了对水质硅酸根浓度的检测。系统测量精度高、功耗低、稳定性好,同时具有智能化处理和中英文操作的功能,并能通过4~20 mA标准电流和RS-485通信对测量结果进行远传。

【Abstract】 The instrument realized the measurement of water silicon property on line. The design adopted the chemical absorption method detection principle based on material’s choice absorption properties for light.The sampled water containing silicate changes into absorption material through chemical reaction,then the photoelectric sensor converted the intensity difference before and after the irradiation into electrical signals,and transferred it into voltage signal.After the A/D transformation,the signal was put into microcontroller and calculated.The whole design can realize some traits such as high-precision,ultralow-power,strong stability;and it also possesses functions like intelligent processing and English-Chinese hinting,and passes the standard 4~20 mA current and RS-485 communications to remote transmit measurement results.
