工业在线色谱仪温控器的DeviceNet智能通信节点的设计

【摘要】 针对目前国产工业在线气相色谱仪对较高实时性和可靠性的要求,研发了基于CAN总线DeviceNet协议的工业气相色谱仪温度控制器。系统以ATmega128单片机为核心处理器,CAN总线为底层通信网络,上层网络通信协议采用国标DeviceNet协议。温度控制信号通过CAN总线从上位机发送给温度控制器的DeviceNet智能节点。在设计中,建立了DeviceNet的基本模型,实现了基于8位高速单片机ATmega128的DeviceNet软硬件设计。

【Abstract】 In view of the requirement of real-time,high reliability of online gas chromatography,the temperature comtroller of online gas chromatography was designed based on DeviceNet protocol.This system was based on MCU-ATmegal128,while the network was based on CAN and the application layer’s protocol was DeviceNet protocol.The commands of controlling temperature were transmitted by CAN from a position machine to intelligent DeviceNet nodes.A basic DeviceNet model was built,and the software and hardware design of DeviceNet based on 8 bits MCU-ATmegal128 was introduced in detail.
