基于ADAM模块的恒温恒湿空调监控系统

【摘要】 针对空调系统的设备具有多而分散的特点,以及大型集散控制系统(DCS)成本相对较高,以改造一个恒温恒湿实验室为例,设计了一套低成本的DCS系统。采用ADAM-4000系列模块将一个以低压电气控制的空调系统改造为一个自动化程度和可靠性高的DCS控制系统。改造后的系统使用Visual Basic 6.0编程软件实现采样点信息的实时监测和现场设备的实时控制。同时,使用SQL Server 2000数据库,实现数据的查询、管理及远程访问。

【Abstract】 Air-conditioning system has a great deal of equipments and components distributed in building everywhere.Distributed control system(DCS) is usually more expensive than a small air-conditioning system.In order to develop a low cost air-conditioning monitoring system for a constant temperature and humidity laboratory,ADAM-4000 modules were used to replace the old airconditioning control system which consisted of low-voltage electric components. The new system has the ability of monitoring,controlling and storing real-time information from the air-conditioning system.The monitoring and management software were developed with Visual Basic 6.0.And the system database was built with SQL Server 2000,which was convenient to query,manage and remote access.
