【Abstract】 A new surface roughness measuring system was presented.It used CY7C68013A chip to collect data,ensured the measuring system’s high-speed communication with the PC.The PC processed and displayed the data.The measuring system had the advantage of smaller volume,higher precision,high speed,and easy in operating.It was applied in BD025 surface roughness measurement machine.更多还原
