基于PIC的非接触式车速计校验装置

【摘要】 针对非接触式车速计有关精度的技术要求,分析了实现非接触式车速计的校验方法。难点在于实现高精度的被校速度和运行距离计量,并且性能稳定可靠。提出了一种新型控制策略,利用同步电机的工作特性与变频器有效配合,使速度可调、运行精度高。以PIC单片机作为整个系统控制和测量的核心,采用全数字化接口技术,使信号传输误差达到最小,可以实时监控系统的状态。应用验证了该设计方案和控制系统是可行的。

【Abstract】 The non-contact vehicle speedometer is applied to the checkable meter of vehicle speedometer.In the light of the technology requirement of accuracy,analyzed the checking method for the non-contact vehicle speedometer.The difficulties lie on how to realize the high accuracy of the speed for survey and the measure of the distance,and ensure the equipment’s stability and reliability.A new control strategy emerged after research.By the efficient cooperation between the synchronistic motor and transducer,the production condition became controllable,precise and steady.Using the PIC computer as the core of the whole control and measure system,and the fully digitized connecting technology made the errors of the message exchanges decline to the lowest level,and supervise the real-time system state available.The application results prove the scheme and system feasible.
