【摘要】 介绍了一种红外测温仪,该测温仪基于红外测温模块MLX90601C,具有高测量精度、液晶显示和数据存储、语音播报功能,并带有RS-232数据接口,可以将测得的数据发送到PC.分析了红外测温原理和影响红外测温精度的因素,介绍了MLX90601C的特性与结构,内部寄存器及其功能,介绍了MLX90601C内部温度数据的存储格式及读取方式。分析了SPI串口的读写操作时序。设计了单片机控制MLX90601C的SPI接口电路、语音播报电路和液晶显示电路、RS-232接口电路,编写了测温仪的软件程序。更多还原

【Abstract】 An infrared thermometer based on MLX90601C was introduced, which can measure accurately,display temperature by LCD,broadcast temperature,store data and communicate with PC by RS-232 data interface.The principle of infrared measuring temperature and the factors affect measuring precision were analyzed.Introduced the features and configuration,the registers of and its functions of MLX90601C.Presented the saving format and reading method of the temperature data in MLX90601C.Analyzed communication protocol of SPI interface.Designed the interface circuit controlled by the single chip MLX90601C,the broadcasting and displaying circuits,and the circuit of RS-232 interface.The program of the infrared thermometer was designed.更多还原
