基于应变式传感器的料位测控系统

【摘要】 针对水泥等行业中对料位进行实时测量的需求,开发出一种新型的料位测控系统。系统的传感器采用应变式传感器,传感器的核心部分是应变片,通过应变片感测物料的侧压力并获得料位信息。传感器是该系统的关键部分,通过传感器的优化设计可以很好地实现在恶劣环境下的测量工作,很好地解决了在恶劣环境下高粉尘、干扰大等普通测量方法无法解决的问题。采用以MSP430为核心的控制电路,使该系统具有了高速、稳定及实时测量的优点。

【Abstract】 Many industry processes have the demand of measuring the material level on real time,so a new measurement and control system of material level was developed.The sensor of this system was based on strain gauge;it can get the signal of material level by measuring the pressure to the side of the tube.The design of sensor was the key part of this system.By optimizing the design of the sensor,the system can work very well in bad circumstance.The control circuit was based on MSP430,and the system was provided with the character isfics of high speed,on time-measuring and stability.
