电动汽车转向传感器设计理论研究
Designing Theory of Torque Sensor for Electric Vehicles
【摘要】 转向传感器是汽车电动助力转向系统(EPS系统[1])的关键部件之一,其输出特性直接影响到EPS系统的控制性能[2]。在分析国外EPS系统转矩传感器的基础上,设计了一种结构简单,成本低廉的差动变压器式转矩传感器。运用UG软件设计了该传感器的结构,分析了工作原理,并对其进行测试;对传感器的输出特性的分析表明:所设计的传感器在输出线性度、重复性等综合性能方面基本满足EPS系统的要求。
【Abstract】 The steering angle displacement sensor is one of the key parts of an electric power steering system(EPS system),and the characteristic of EPS system is much concerned with the output of the sensor.This paper designed a new torque sensor with simple structure and low cost based on the analysis of overseas steering sensors used in EPS system.The principal and structure of the torque sensor were proposed,and its output characteristic was analyzed.The analysis of the output characteristics indicated that the new sensor met the requirement of EPS system in output linear degree,repetition,etc.
