【Abstract】 As the chief leader,Chou Enlai initiated the study of historical accounts of the work of People’s Political Consultant in China and organized the Central Research Institute of Culture and History.The establishment of such organization guarantees the further development of historical studies.And this also shows Chou Enlai’s strong awareness of being responsible for the history.He attached great importance to culture and history research as well as the construction of new China’s libraries.He precisely argued the basic principles of library construction and laid theoretical foundation for the construction of socialist library.更多还原
