【摘要】 在社会发展中,利益集团的出现和演变往往有其客观必然性,通常一种良性的利益集团政治有助于推动社会民主进程,但一种畸形的利益集团架构则会严重阻碍社会的发展进步。而在中国改革开放利益重构下形成的特殊利益集团,事实上推动着中国特殊利益集团一极独大利益分配格局的形成,并已经开始成为社会进一步改革发展的阻力。既然特殊利益集团的问题是从发展中来的,那么解决的根本路径也必然要到发展中寻找。因此,可以用"社会-政治-经济-文化"四维一体的社会发展逻辑来代替"政治-经济"相互强化的社会发展脉络。更多还原

【Abstract】 The formation and evolution of benefit groups are inexorable in social developmental process.U- sually,normal benefit groups may quicken the construction of a democratic society,while abnormal benefit groups will become obstruction of social progress.The special benefit groups in China,which are formed due to the benefit reconstruction since the Reforms and Opening up began,has hold back further social de- velopment.The four-dimensional logic of society-politics-economy-culture rather than the idea of politics- economy would be the basic way to solve the problems concerning with special benefit groups.更多还原
