【Abstract】 Recent study has shown lactic acid (LA) is not only waste metabolite during cerebral-ischemia, but also energy supply for the neuron in the pathophyiological situation.LA is made mainly in neuronal aerobic, and in turn taken in neuron, in the way of transportation by monocarboxylate transporter(MCTs).It is helpful to understand LA pathophysiological significance with the further study of LA.更多还原
