【摘要】 目的评估重症角结膜干燥症颌下腺移植术后板层角膜移植的临床疗效。设计回顾性病例系列。研究对象15例重症角结膜干燥症颌下腺移植术后患者。方法15例颌下腺移植成功且术后有完整记录患者因角膜病变行板层角膜移植术,术后进行随访观察。主要指标角膜移植片透明性。结果15例行板层角膜移植者2年的随访期间,5例植片保持透明,10例逐渐发生混浊。结论自体颌下腺移植联合角膜移植是治疗重症角结膜干燥症行之有效的方法,但部分病例术后角膜移植失败的原因仍需进一步研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect after autologous submandibular gland(SMG)transplantation with lamellar keratoplasty for severe keratoconjuctivitis sicca. Design Retrospective case series. Participants Fifteen patients treated with lamellar keratoplasty. Methods Fifteen patients were treated with lamellar keratoplasty and followed up for two years with a successful SMG transplantation during the period from July 1999 to July 2008. Main Outcome Measures The transparency of xenografts. Results Lamellar keratoplasty was performed on 15 patients with the autologous SMG transplantation, showing 5 clear and 10 opacitied grafts during the 2-year follow-up period.
