大鼠视上核和室旁核神经元钾离子氯离子共转运体2表达探讨

【摘要】 目的观察神经元特异性标记物钾离子氯离子共转运体2在成年大鼠下丘脑视上核和室旁核的表达。方法成年SD大鼠,4%多聚甲醛灌注固定,取脑,冰冻切片,下丘脑部进行钾离子氯离子共转运体2和神经细胞核抗原免疫荧光染色,激光共聚焦显微镜观察。结果钾离子氯离子共转运体2在视上核和室旁核神经元中表达很弱。结论下丘脑视上核和室旁核部分神经元缺少神经特异性的钾离子氯离子共转运体2表达。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the neuronal specific expression of potassium chloride ion cotransporter 2 in adult rat supraoptic and paraventricular nuclei.Methods The adult SD rats were sacrificed and fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde to remove the brain for frozen-sectioning.The expression of potassium chloride ion cotransporter 2 and NeuN revealed by immunofluorescence were studied in the photos taken under laser confocal microscope.Results The expression of potassium chloride ion cotransporter 2 was absent from the supraoptic and paraventricular nuclei.Conclusion The neuronal specific potassium chloride ion cotransporter 2 is absent in the supraoptic and paraventricular nuclei.
