【摘要】 目的分析综合医院心理门诊咨询者的临床特征,探讨咨询手段和适应证。方法收集并统计分析2002~2005年1 023例初次在综合性医院心理门诊就诊的咨询者的临床资料。结果咨询者主要以神经症和一般心理问题较多,年轻人较多。主要集中在学习问题、工作问题、健康、家庭关系、恋爱问题、夫妻关系、人际关系、性问题、躯体不适、情绪问题等,且在性别、年龄中分布不同。结论综合医院心理咨询涉及问题广泛,以轻度精神障碍和一般心理问题为主,不同于专业的心理卫生机构。综合医院应开设并加强心理咨询门诊,提高对心理疾病的诊断与治疗水平,以适应社会竞争加剧带来的日益增多的心理健康需求。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical features of psychological counselees in comprehensive hospitals and to probe into the counseling approaches and clinical indications.Methods Data of 1 023 counselees of psychological consultation for their first visit in 2002-2005.Results Most counselees were young adults disturbed by neurosis and general psychological problems,which were characterized by learning difficulty,job problems,physical health,family and love problems,spouse relationship,interpersonal relationships,sexual problems,ailments and emotional problems,etc.,with different distributions in gender and age.Conclusion Most problems consulted in comprehensive hospitals had a wide range of concern,mainly focused on mild mental disorders and general psychological problems,in contrast to professional mental health institutions.It is advisable that comprehensive hospitals should open and strengthen their service of psychological consultation for in-patients,improve their competence of diagnosis and treatment so as to meet the increasing demands for mental health in a competitive world.更多还原
