【摘要】 目的探讨波浪型耳周美容切口在腮腺外科中的临床应用。方法37例腮腺区肿瘤患者,经波浪型耳周美容切口入路进行保留面神经的腮腺切除术,观察患者的术后情况,并采用问卷的方法调查患者对该切口的满意程度。结果所有患者切口均达临床Ⅰ期愈合,无涎瘘发生。8例患者术后出现暂时面瘫,2～6个月后恢复;1例出现全面瘫。该切口的美观效果得到患者认可。结论波浪型耳周美容切口可切除腮腺任何部位的肿瘤,消除了经典手术入路美观方面的缺陷,有广阔的临床应用前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical application of a modified incision in parotidectomy.Methods Thirty-seven patients with tumor in parotid gland were subjected to this study.A modified incision derived from facial plastic surgery was adopted in the surgery so as to remove the tumor without injuring the facial nerve.Clinical outcomes were assessed in the follow-up study including a questionnaire about the satisfaction with the result.Results The modified incision healed smoothly in all patients without salivary fistulae.Temporary paralysis of facial nerve in 8 of the patients recovered in two-six months.The patients were all satisfied with the modified incision.Conclusion Parotid tumor at any part of the gland can be removed through the modified incision,without leaving any of the cosmetic defects resulted from the classical approach of parotidectomy,Hence wide use of the modified approach is recommended.更多还原
