【摘要】 目的:探讨术前导丝穿刺定位对可疑乳癌病灶的诊断价值。方法:依据钼靶X线影像资料,搜集可疑乳癌病灶患者42例,采用X线导丝穿刺定位,留置导丝于病灶区,引导手术行病灶切除活检,病例均经组织病理证实。结果:经定位术后病变切除率达100%,其中,乳腺癌15例,乳腺增生症20例,良性乳腺肿瘤4例,炎症病变2例,脂肪坏死1例。结论:乳腺导丝定位术安全可靠,对引导切除可疑乳癌病灶具有很高的应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of preoperative wire location in suspicious mastocarcinoma lesion.Methods:The molybdenum mammography materials of 42 patients with suspicious mastocarcinoma lesion were collected.Tissue biopsy was performed under the guideance of wire-location,every case were confirmed by histopathology.Results:The lesions were 100% removed by wire location guidance procedure.In 42 cases,15 were mastocarcinoma lesion,20 were mammary hyperplasia,4 were benign tumour,2 cases were inflammation,1 case was fat necrosis.Conclusion:Preoperative guide wire location is safe and reliable,which has a higher valuable in precisely resecting suspicious mastocarcinoma lesions.更多还原
