【摘要】 目的:进行不同产地不同品种藁本药材挥发性成分研究。方法:采用水蒸汽蒸馏提取,应用GC-MS联用技术对藁本药材挥发油化学成分进行分离分析。结果:通过GC-MS联用技术数据检索与相关文献鉴定出29个成分,12批不同产地不同品种藁本药材挥发油化学成分主要含有的烯丙基苯类衍生物和苯酞类衍生物是相同的。结论:该方法可用于藁本药材质量评价。更多还原
