【摘要】 目的:探讨胸腔置入中心静脉导管持续引流治疗肝癌术后胸腔积液的疗效和护理。方法:对2006年1月-2007年10月32例肝癌术后胸腔积液患者置入中心静脉导管引流,观察其疗效、并发症和护理。结果:中心静脉导管持续引流治疗肝癌术后胸腔积液疗效确切,操作简单,创伤小,安全性高。结论:中心静脉导管在胸腔引流中的疗效满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the clinical effect of central venous catheterization for persistent thoracic drainage in the treatment of post-operative pleural effusion in patients with liver cancer and its nursing.Methods:32 patients were treated with central venous catheterization in the thoracic cavity for persistent thoracic drainage and their clinical efficacies,complications and nursing were observed.Results:Central venous catheterization indwelling thoracic cavity is effective for pleural effusion drainage after liver cancer surgery.The procedure is simple,with less trauma and high safety.Conclusion:The central venous catheter used for pleural effusion drainage presents to have a satisfactory effectiveness.更多还原
