【摘要】 目的:评估奥美拉唑联合云南白药治疗儿童应激性溃疡的临床疗效。方法:将38例应激性溃疡患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,在常规治疗原发病基础上,治疗组(20例)应用奥美拉唑联合云南白药,对照组(18例)应用甲氰咪胍联合云南白药,疗程1周。比较治疗组与对照组症状体征消失时间。结果:与对照组相比,治疗组咖啡物或鲜血停止时间、隐血试验阴转时间明显缩短。结论:应用奥美拉唑联合云南白药治疗儿童应激性溃疡有确切疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the effect of esomperazole combined with yunnan baiyao in children with stress ulceration.Methods:38 children with stress ulceration were divided randomly into two groups.In addition to routine therapy,the group A(therapy group) was given esomperazole and yunnan baiyao,the group B(control group) was given ranitidine hydrochloride and yunnan baiyao,group A(20 cases)and group B(18 cases)were studied to compare the duration that signs and symptoms disappeared.Results:As compared with group B,group A showed obvious decrease in time.Conclusion:Esomperazole combined with yunnan baiyao has definite therapeutic effect in children with stress ulceration.更多还原
