【摘要】 目的:探讨贵金属在口腔修复中的应用与临床意义。方法:对104例后牙残冠、残根通过临床检查、X线摄片诊断、根管治疗。分别行铸造桩核与贵金属冠;铸造桩核与非贵金属冠;铸造桩核与非贵金属烤瓷冠3组联合修复,进行了平均3.2年的定期随访疗效观察。结果:利用贵金属冠修复的患牙在牙龈着色及炎症等均比对照组优。结论:贵金属在口腔修复中的应用必将逐渐成为未来口腔修复发展的趋势。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the application and clinical advantages of precious metal crowns in prosthodontical clinics.Methods:After clinical examination,x-ray diagnosis,and root canal therapy,the 90 cases with 104 endodontically treated teeth were divided into three groups:Group 1 was restorated with post and core and precious metal crowns;Group 2 was restorated with post and core and nonprecious metal crowns;Group 3 was restorated with post and core and nonprecious metal porcelain crowns.The follow-up was more than three years.The results of these groups were compared with each other.Results:The gingival pigmentation and infection of restorated teeth were less in group1 than in group 2 and group 3.Conclusion:The application of precious metal crowns might be of a potential therapeutic value in the restoation of endodontically treated teeth in future.更多还原
