【摘要】 目的:探讨单侧动眼神经麻痹的病因、诊断及治疗方法。方法:对确诊为单侧动眼神经麻痹的24例住院病例临床特点、治疗方法选择,预后进行分析。结果:病因以动脉瘤诱发居首(45.83%),其次为糖尿病(33.33%),而非糖尿病性动脉硬化、肿瘤亦较常见。经手术(介入)治愈9例,综合治疗后症状缓解11例、消失1例、无效1例、死亡1例,未治1例。结论:对确诊为单侧动眼神经麻痹患者,尽早进行神经影像学及相关实验室检查以明确病因,指导治疗,改善预后至关重要。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the etiopathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment of unilateral oculomotor palsy.Metheds:To analyse the clinical data in 24 cases of unilateral oculomotor palsy treated in our hospital retrospectively.Results:The first etiological factor was aneurism(45.83%)、the second was diabetes(33.33%).9 patients was cured by operation,symptom relieved in 11 patients and symptom vanished by combined therapy 1 patient,1 case was ineffective,1 case died,1 case refused to treat.Conclusion:It was important to clear the etiopathogenesis,guide treatment and improve prognosis by carrying out neuroimaging and laboratory examination in the patients of unilateral oculomotor palsy.更多还原
