【摘要】 目的:探讨低位直肠癌保肛术式及适应证。方法:对本院近十年施行的42例低位直肠癌保肛手术进行回顾分析。结果:42例病人术后局部复发率,并发症发生率与传统的Miles术比较无增加。结论:只要掌握保肛手术应具备的条件,注意术中环节及术后的功能,保肛手术是治疗低位直肠癌的一种理想术式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the method and indication of anus-preserving operation for lower rectal cancer.Methods:42 cases of lower rectal cancer undergoing the anus-preserving operation in recent 10 years in our hospital were analysed retrospectively.Results:Compared with the traditional Miles technique,the local recurrence rate and incidence rate of complication did not increase obviously.Conclusion:Anus-preserving operation is an ideal method for the treatment of lower rectal cancer,provided that the condition is qualified for this operation and special attention is given to the intraoperative links and postoperation function.更多还原
