【摘要】 目的:研究奥硝唑血药浓度的测定及该药在人体的药动学。方法:采用反相色谱柱HypersilODSC18,流动相为甲醇:0.02mol/LKH2PO4(30:70),流速0.9ml/min,检测波长318nm,柱温30℃。结果:奥硝唑在2.5～50μg/ml范围内呈良好线性关系,r=0.9999。回收率为97.4%～109.3%,RSD0.2%。结论:该方法灵敏、准确、简单、快速,可用于临床奥硝唑血药浓度监测。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish HPLC method to determine the serum concentration of ornidazole.Methods:The ornidazole was extracted form serum and the applied column was Diamonsil C18.The mobile phase was methanol -0.02 mol/L KH2PO4(30:70);the folw rate was 0.9 ml·min-1,the detection wavelength was set at 318 nm.Results:The standard curve was linear in the range of 2.5～50 μg·ml-1,r=0.9999.The average recovery was 97.4%～109.3%,RSD 0.2%.Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate,specific and could be used in the pharmacokinetic study of ornidazole.更多还原
