【摘要】 目的:探讨卡维地洛联合参松养心胶囊对高血压伴阵发性心房颤动(PAF)P波离散度(Pd)的影响。方法:83例PAF患者,随机分成4组:卡维地洛实验组21例;参松养心胶囊实验组20例;联合用药组21例;对照组21例。实验组给予药物干预,观察药物对Pd及PAF发生率的影响。结果:实验组3个月后PAF的发生率、Pd较对照组明显降低,但是卡维地洛实验组,参松养心胶囊实验组和联合用药组间的Pd无显著差异。结论:单用卡维地洛或参松养心胶囊可以通过降低Pd来减少高血压患者PAF的发作。但是联用这两种药物却不能取得更好的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of carvedilol combined with shensongyangxin capsule on P wave dispersion(Pd) in hypertensive patients with paroxymal atrial fibrillation(PAF).Methods:83 hypertensive patients with PAF were divided into 4 groups,control group,carvedilol treatment group,shensongyangxin capsule treatment group and both drug treatment group randomly.Pd was measured based on the electrocardiogram at the beginning and the third month after taking medicine.Results:There was no significant difference in Pd among 4 groups(P>0.05).Pd was decreased after 3 months of treatment compared with that before treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in Pd after treatment among carvedilol treatment group,shensongyangxin capsule treatment group and both drug treatment group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Carvedilol or shensongyangxin capsule is helpful to prevent the recurrence of PAF,while carvedilol combined with shensongyangxin capsule can not get a better therapeutic effect.更多还原
