【摘要】 随着农村市场化和民主化进程加快发展,农村各种复杂矛盾和利益冲突日益加剧,农民在很大程度上寻求非制度政治参与以实现其利益诉求,群体申诉型和多样化参与方式已成为当前我国农民非制度政治参与的主要特点,其原因主要包括农民利益受损、制度低效、渠道不畅、组织保障不力等。政府应采取措施积极引导农民政治参与向制度化和法制化的轨道发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the transition period of the rural market and the process of democratization of accelerating development,all kinds of complicated contradictions and conflicts of interest growing,to a great extent,the farmer seeks the non-system participation to realize its benefit demand,community appeal and diversification of groups involved in the main features of the current political system of China’s peasants non-participation.Its reason mainly includes the farmer benefit to suffer injury,the system low efficiency,the channel to be impeded,the organization does not safeguard the strength and so on.Next step,our country should guide the farmer political participation positively to the institution and the legalization orbital development.更多还原
